Joe Annan

Executive Chairman

Mr. Joe Annan is currently the Executive Chairman of Springs Global Limited. The Springs Group includes Springs Global Limited, Springs Legal and Consulting Services, SpringsNet,  StudyAbroadWithSprings and Springs College.

Joe graduated with a BSc (Hons,) Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Science and Technology now Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, (KNUST) in 1989. He obtained his master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Hult International Business School, London in 2001. Hult International Business School is a top-rated Business School by both the Financial Times and the Economic Times.

Prior to obtaining his MBA, he had worked in the IT industry in Ghana for over ten years. Joe worked for Acumen Consulting in Marlboro, Massachusetts in the U.S.A as an ICT Consultant from 1995-1996.

Dr. Frances Tsakonas

Frances is the President and Chief Executive Officer of ISNUK.  She has over 30 years’ experience in international education. Frances has worked for various governments advising on educational reform, and non-governmental organizations and private education providers in numerous countries around the world, as well as for international organizations such as the World Bank, the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development, the European Union, European Training Foundation and the British Council.  Frances was born and raised in Australia where she completed her primary and secondary schooling. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History  from The American College of Greece, a Master of Education in Multicultural Education and Transnational Communication from Lesley University USA, a Graduate Diploma in Institutional Management and Change in Higher Education from the University of Twente in the Netherlands, a Post- Master’s Certificate of Advanced Study from the Graduate School of Education of Harvard University USA, a Certificate in Public Administration from JFK School of Government of Government of Harvard University, a Certificate in the Management of Lifelong Learning from the Graduate School of Education of Harvard University and a Doctor of Philosophy in Higher Education Internationalization from the Institute of Education, University of London, UK. Frances is a qualified teacher with a Diploma in Teaching English as a Foreign Language from the Royal Society of Arts, UK.

Dr. Ezer Yeboah Boateng

Ezer has a PhD in Information & Communications Technology (Cyber-Security Challenges with SMEs in Developing Economies: Issues of Confidentiality, Integrity & Availability), from the center for Communications, Media & Information Technologies (CMI), Aalborg University, Copenhagen, Denmark.
He holds a Master of Science degree in Telecommunications from Stratford University, Falls Church, VA, (USA), and a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering in 1989 from the University of Science & Technology now KNUST.
He is the Chief Executive Officer at EziTech Technologies and an Adjunct lecturer at Ghana Telecom University College (GTUC). He was the Vice President (Development – Africa) of DiscoveryTel Communications, Accra. He also worked as the Executive Director & Chief Operating Officer of DiscoveryTel Ghana Limited, Accra.
Ezer was the Director/Technical Services at Celltel (Hutchinson Telecom) Ltd., Accra from 1998 – 2000. He served as Dean of the Information Technology Department of GTUC.

G. J. N. Annan BL, LLB, CGP

Joan Annan is a Solicitor/ Barrister- at -Law. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL. B) from the University of Ghana, Legon in 1988. She then went on to obtain her Professional Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law in 1990 and was enrolled on the Roll of Lawyers in Ghana in 1991.  She is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.

She obtained her professional qualification as a Chartered Governance Professional/Chartered Secretary in 2006 after obtaining her GradICSA Certificate from ICSA UK. She is currently a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute (United Kingdom), formerly called the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) UK.

Joan lectured in Law and Citizenship at various Colleges in the UK. She has over 30 years’ experience in company law and practice, management, company administration, education & teaching, consulting, and training. She is a Corporate Governance and Administration expert and has worked mainly at top management levels in both the private and public sectors.

Dr. David Yevugah, MABE, MInstCM, MCMI, Grad. Dip. (Mgt.), PGDBM, PGDSM, MBA, PhD

David has a PhD in Business Administration (The Effect of Person-Job Fit and Job-Training Fit on Employee Work Behavior Within the Ghanaian Manufacturing Sector), from the Nobel International Business School in Affiliation with Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). He also holds Graduate Diploma in Management studies from the Institute Commercial Management UK, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the Association of business executives UK, Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic Management from the University of Derby UK, and MBA from the University of Northampton UK.
He is currently the Human Resource Manager for Keda Ghana Ceramics Ghana Limited in the Western Region of Ghana, an Adjunct lecturer at Ghana Communication Technology University Takoradi Campus, Adjunct lecturer at Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHRM), Ghana Takoradi Campus and Adjunct lecturer at Springs College Accra. David is currently Programmes Advisory Committee Member of the Department of Ceramics Technology of the Takoradi Technical University. He also worked as a Police officer with the Ghana Police Service at the National Police training school, Accra in the training of police officers.
His specialty is in the area of Strategic Management, Training and Development, Employee Motivation and Retention, Policy formulation, Recruitment and Selection, Employee Relation.

David is a Full Member of The Institute of Commercial Management (ICM) UK, Association of Business Executives (Abe) UK, Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners, Ghana, Chartered Management Institute (CMI) UK, and Professional Member of The Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) U.S.A.

Professor Emeritus Raymond Hilditch

Raymond is a Past Provost at Huron University USA London, he currently is a Freelance consultant in international student advisory services, with special emphasis on Eastern Europe and the Balkans, the former Soviet Union and Southeast Asia. He has strong connections with both US and UK universities and expertise in study abroad opportunities for US students and Alumni relations at Richmond American International University in London.
